This is the promise that the staff at Emeritus at Bradenton – and throughout Brookdale Senior Living communities – has shared since 1985, when our community first opened its doors. We are also located near Blake Medical Center, Manatee Memorial Hospital and nursing home rehabilitation facilities such as Surrey Place, Bradenton Health Care Center and Freedom Village. The community is also located within minutes to our beautiful gulf beaches.
Emeritus at Bradenton is located near Anna Marie Island where some of the most beautiful beaches in Florida are located. There’s a lot going on in downtown Bradenton! Art Center Manatee, South Florida Museum, Manatee Players Riverfront Theatre, Manatee Village Historical Park, Village of the Arts, Manatee County Cultural Alliance, Manatee County Central Library, are just a few nearby attractions. We have plenty of shopping plazas within walking distance as well as restaurants, and banks. With its family-friendly atmosphere, Emeritus at Bradenton feels like home the minute you walk through the doors. Our senior living community has many spacious common areas, including our lovely dining room, library and TV room, give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities each month, including exercise classes and community outings to one of the area’s many gulf beaches. While Emeritus at Bradenton is in a rural area, we are within walking distance of shops and restaurants. We are also located near Manatee Memorial Hospital, Blake Medical Center and nursing home rehabilitation facilities if ever needed.
At Emeritus at Bradenton, we value our residents’ opinions and we rely on their feedback to plan activities they enjoy, such as Bingo, Wii bowling, card night, lunch bunch and billiards, which help promote choice and independence for them. We have an exciting activities program that keeps our seniors engaged and active. We have Wii bowling leagues, Bingo, social hour, general stores, auctions, and outings that are sure to capture the interest of our residents.

Emeritus at Bradenton is passionate about being active in the community. Our focus is to hold events that add quality and value to the lives of others. A variety of events are held within our community that will nurture the spirit of the people of Bradenton and to be a resource to them.
Restaurant style dining is a hallmark at Emeritus at Bradenton. Each meal has a full compliment of courses and many alternate choices to select from. Special occasion meals are the delight of many, as are our plentiful snacks during the day and at various events such as our happy hour, open houses and special holidays.
