About Our Community
We have promised ourselves that we shall always treat our residents as we would our own loved ones. Nothing less than our best will do.
This is the promise that the staff at Emeritus at Brentmoor- and throughout Brookdale Senior Living communities- has shared since our community first opened its doors. It’s a simple promise to be compassionate and kind, understanding and respectful- a promise to become extended family to the seniors entrusted in our care and to our residents who have chosen our assisted living community for its active lifestyle.
The Perfect Location
Emeritus at Brentmoor is an assisted living community located in a beautiful residential neighborhood in Minot, ND. Our central courtyard offers a perfect setting for one of our many community activities such as picnics, musical guests and mini fairs. Our neighborhood offers quality services while keeping the “small town” flair that Emeritus at Brentmoor and Minot offer. Emeritus at Brentmoor is situated just blocks from shopping hubs such as Dakota Square shopping center, Walmart, Hobby Lobby and Market Place Foods. Nearby, there are several different dining out options such as Applebee’s, Ruby Tuesday and even Olive Garden! Our Community Lifestyle
A Wonderful Active Lifestyle
Our Life Enrichment activities include church services, cards, puzzles, exercise, bible study and let’s not forget about BINGO! Music, bands, dancing and shopping excursions to various destinations are also apart of our active schedule. Our Emeritus at Brentmoor bus system goes for “Joy Rides” often as well. In the summer months you might catch our residents taking our Life Enrichment Director led dining experience tour.
They might go to little town in the area where some of our residents farmed in their younger years to enjoy a meal at the local diner and hear many stories about the “good ole’ days”! In the winter we stay in town but find as many ways as possible to enjoy the season. Children’s choirs, hand bell choirs and polka music can often be heard in our community, laughter can be heard in the hallways and always a friendly “Hello”. The residents are free to participate in as many or as few of these activities that they would like.
