About Our Community

Brookdale Marysville, formerly Emeritus at Marysville, is located in the quiet Quilceda neighborhood on three acres of beautiful forests and gardens. It offers an abundance of smalltown ambiance and charm, while still being close to shopping, banking medical centers and a casino. Our proximity to I-5 put all the entertainment, cultural and sporting events of Everett and Seattle within easy reach, making it easy for our residents to cruise down to Everett for an event at the Comcast Arena or down to Seattle to hear worldclass entertainment at Benaroya Hall. Also nearby are numerous parks and Ebby Island, a paradise for bird watchers.

Our common areas – a beautiful courtyard, activity center, library and computer center – give residents a true feeling of home and allow them and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know everyone in the community. Life enrichment activities are offered daily at our community.

Choose from many exercise options throughout the week including “Sit and Get Fit” to “Chair Volleyball.” Weekly scheduled outings find residents exploring nearby sights such as Kayak Point with the hope of spotting a passing pod of orcas, spreading out a blanket for a picnic at Twin Lakes Park, or just taking a fun drive up to view the magnificent burst of colors at the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival.

Our Community Lifestyle

A Wonderful Active Lifestyle

We have an extensive activities program to stimulate our residents both physically and mentally, with daily exercise and fitness challenges. Residents have access to computers, which are available 24 hours a day with programs designed for seniors. They receive a free email account, and free on-site training. Events and entertainers are a part of our community on a regular basis. Special dining events celebrate holidays and other special occasions throughout the year. We host parties, and cultural and charity events at the community. Our extensive transportation program takes residents to excursions and day trips outside the community, including the nearby casino. We provide lunch and dinner restaurant outings on a regular basis.

Fine Dining

One of the services that set us apart from other communities is our “anytime dining” program. Served restaurant style, our residents can stop by one of our two dining rooms between 7am and 7pm to get the nutritious meals they need three times a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are serviced in a casual relaxing atmosphere, and residents can choose cook-to-order meals from our customized menus.
