About Our Community
Stevens Point WI Senior Living
Set on several acres of beautifully landscaped grounds with a courtyard, lovely gardens and walking trails, we are considered one of the premier senior living communities in Central Wisconsin. Located near the I39/Hwy 10 interchange, our community offers 147 apartments on three floors and heated underground parking.
We are conveniently located in a residential area, near local shops, banks, grocery stores, parks, the Green Circle Walking Trails, and the University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. Several medical facilities are also nearby, including Ministry Medical Group and Hospital, the Aspirus Clinic and other specialty clinics and nursing home rehabilitation facilities if ever needed. Our east side location has been described as “the best of both worlds”…..growth and yet quiet, upscale and convenient.
Our Community (Stevens Point) is the center of Wisconsin. Thus, proximity to the Central Wisconsin airport and a “drive-able distance” from most major locations (ex: Wausau, Marshfield, Wisconsin Rapids). Additionally, the presence of the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, contributes in both the cultural as well as professional arenas of operation.
A Wonderful Selection
We are a complete retirement community offering a variety of living choices that enable our residents to live as independently as they prefer. Once you decide to move in, you can stay right here in the same community, surrounded by familiar faces you’ve come to know and trust, even if your health needs change. Our community also features the West Wing – a secure memory care community which is licensed for the care of 16 residents with Alzheimer and Dementia. Apartment designs are geared to maximize independence with comfortable kitchen additions, state of the art ADA bathroom fixtures and individual heat and air conditioning controls – designed to maximize comfort in our Wisconsin environment.
Our staff treats residents as family and has a strong reputation for quality and compassionate care. As a result, we regularly receive applications for employment from many qualified individuals, but only a few who demonstrate a genuine passion and caring for seniors are considered. Take time to meet our staff, relax and observe their interaction with residents and you will come to see what a positive, helpful and giving staff we have. Many staff members have been with us since we opened our Assisted Living and Memory Care neighborhoods in 2007.
