About Our Community
We have promised ourselves that we shall always treat our residents as we would our own loved ones. Nothing less than our best will do.
This is the promise that the staff at Emeritus at Ridgeland Pointe — and throughout Brookdale assisted living communities — has shared since 1998, when Emeritus at Ridgeland Pointe first opened its doors. It’s a simple promise to be compassionate and kind, understanding and respectful — a promise to become extended family to the seniors entrusted in our care.
The Perfect Location
Our community is set on beautifully landscaped grounds with an outdoor courtyard and meandering trails just off of Pear Orchard Rd. The peaceful setting gives you the feeling of a quiet countryside home with the convenience of local shopping, healthcare and restaurants just minutes away.
Ridgeland Pointe is located just off of I-55, in the heart of Ridgeland, MS. We are convenient to Northpark Mall, Ross Barnet Reservoir, as well as several banks, including Trustmark, Bank Plus, and Bancorp South. In addition, Crossgates River Oaks, Baptist Medical Center, St. Dominic Health Services, and the University of Mississippi Medical Center are just minutes away if needed.
A Wonderful Place to Live
Ridgeland Pointe hosts a variety of activities that provide social, physical, and spiritual support for residents to enjoy. Our Life Enrichment Director plans meaningful and enjoyable activities on a regular basis, all based on the individual preferences of each of our residents. Sometimes we host a fun and competitive game of bingo or we take a relaxing drive along the Natchez Trace. No matter your style or preference, you are sure to find activities that are appealing.
Active Community Relationships
Local community events are very important to everyone at Ridgeland Pointe. We host monthly events like our Alzheimer’s Support Group and Family Night. Our community events provide information and resources to residents, family members, staff, and the general public. We take great pride in providing the highest quality of care and customer service to everyone that comes to our community.
Our Community Lifestyle
A Wonderfully Active Lifestyle
Some of our daily activities include spiritual activities like morning devotion and bible study, social activities such as a lemonade social or a birthday bash. We also have physical activities including a walking club and exercise classes. If you enjoy competitive and mentally stimulating activities then you don’t want to miss out on bingo, word of fortune, or one of the many card games that are going on.
Partnering with the Local Community
Being a part of the local community events is important to everyone at Ridgeland Pointe. We host monthly events like our Alzheimer’s Support Group and Family Night so that we can provide information and resources to not just our residents, family members, and staff, but to the general public as well.
Meals times are truly a special event here at Ridgeland Pointe. From the start of the menu panning by our licensed dietitian to the last bite of one of our delicious homemade desserts, you are sure to enjoy your total dining experience.
