The Perfect Location
Emeritus at Sugarland Ridge is located near the base of the Beautiful Big Horn Mountains. The mountains are visible from our south side apartments, from our front entry way, our activities room and from our lobby. Emeritus at Sugarland Ridge is conveniently close to Interstate 90, with Wal-Mart, Albertsons, Restaurants, Banks and Hotels close by for the convenience of our residents and their families.
A Wonderful Selection
Emeritus at Sugarland Ridge offers several living options to suit your needs. Convenient Studio apartments; One bedroom apartments; Two bedroom apartments and our Cottages which include two bedrooms, two baths and a garage provide comfort and class. Our entire facility has new carpet and new paint with a recently remodeled Beauty Shop on premises.
Our staffing includes a nurse on duty 16 hours a day and on call for 8 hours at night. We have CNA’s here 24 hours a day and housekeeping and laundry services weekly. Our bus driver is available in the afternoons to take residents to appointments and shopping. Our Life Enrichment Director provides daily activities and often arranges group bus tours for us around the community. We pride ourselves on being a very caring and capable staff, able to handle any situation that arises.

A Wonderful Active Lifestyle
Emeritus at Sugarland Ridge provides a full range of activities including daily exercise and bingo. An individual activity evaluation is done at move in to assist in matching activities to desires and needs. Daily card games and puzzles keep our residents busy and active. We have many different socials for residents and family to attend in order to get to know their neighbors. Outings to local attractions and cultural events are regularly scheduled. Activities are designed to keep our residents fit, happy and enhance their quality of life.
Strong, Caring Professional Relationships
Other professional relationships in our community include the Sheridan Memorial Hospital, Local Physicians, and our local Skilled Nursing Facilities. We partner with them to provide the best service and quality care available. Both our Executive Director and our Community Relations Director are involved with the Chamber of Commerce to keep us front and center in local activities and promotions for businesses within Sheridan Wyoming. The Sheridan Senior Center is involved with Sugarland Ridge to promote cooperation in programing and activities for Seniors.
Partnering with the Local Neighborhood Community
We are active in the Agency Networking group to keep abreast of what other agencies are doing and how we can partner together for activities for seniors. The Council of Social Services is another group of our local facilities and agencies which assists us in providing information to a wide circle of people. Participation in the Health Fair is an annual event and reaches and audience of a wide range of ages and lifestyles.
Emeritus at Sugarland Ridge provides three delicious meals a day in our lovely dining room with snacks available around the clock. Meals are served restaurant style to tables of four to six individuals and guests are always welcome. We encourage family members to join their loved one regularly.
