For outdoor activities, we are conveniently near Shelby Farms and the Wolf River with its recreational trails. Medical facilities are close by and we are centrally located between three of the top hospitals; the brand new St. Francais Bartlett Hospital, Baptist Memphis and Methodist Germantown Hospital. There is even a skilled nursing/rehabilitation facility right next door if ever needed.
A Wonderful Selection
Brookdale Cordova has a wonderful, warm, family atmosphere that will make you feel right at home as soon as you walk in the door. It’s a one-story ranch style building with 76 apartments in three sizes to choose from. Common areas include a lovely dining room, chapel, activity room and TV room. The favorite common area for both residents and family is the recreational room which is complete with pool table.
Our Community Lifestyle
A Wonderful, Active Lifestyle
When asked what her job is, our Life Enrichment Director’s answer is always the same, “I get to do the fun stuff” and the residents are quick to agree. We start the day with Stretch and Flex, a low impact, stretching exercise and from there the day opens to a blend of inside and outside activities ranging from shopping, luncheons and movies to games, golf and giggles. There is a unique activity calendar every month and we strive to see that there is something for everyone.
Partnering with the Local Neighborhood Community
Brookdale Cordova is an active member of the community providing educational seminars, participating in public events and hosting the Neighborhood Association meetings. We strive to make a difference in not only the lives of our residents, but also in our community by becoming the face of awareness.
