A Wonderful Selection
Our common areas including our lovely dining room, beautifully decorated library and TV room give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities every month here at Brookdale San Pablo and beyond including off-site excursions to Cashe Creek Resort. Our assisted living community is located near a major mall as well as groceries, drugstores, several banks, a movie theater, the city civic center and Kennedy Grove Lake and Park. We are also located near two major hospitals, Doctor’s Medical Hospital and Kaiser Hospital and a nursing home rehabilitation center if ever needed.
We are well-known for hiring some of the most compassionate, dedicated individuals in the senior living industry. These are individuals who go above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of our residents and in the communities in which they live.
Our Community Lifestyle
A Wonderful, Active Lifestyle
Brookdale San Pablo offers a host of activities in and out of the community. From scenic bus drives along the bay to area field trips to local attractions to regular entertainment from the local talent in and outside the community.
Our life enrichment directors coordinate a variety of exciting and educational events year-round. Our activities range from brain health fairs to Fourth of July barbecues to Thanksgiving feasts. Our goal is to keep our residents socially engaged and provide their families the opportunity to learn and celebrate with them.
The primary goal of our life enrichment staff is to plan activities that are fun for residents while also promoting brain health. Our retirement activities incorporate all the chief components of brain health including the nutritional, social, spiritual, physical and intellectual aspects of mental well-being.
We understand all the benefits that pets can offer our residents. We also know that many of our residents can’t imagine life without their furry, four-legged companions. So when we say, “Our family is committed to yours”, that includes this important member of your family.
Our dining department offers a variety of culinary delights. We also work closely with our registered dietitians to accommodate residents with a variety of dietary modifications. Meals are served restaurant style with a choice of two seatings for each meal. There is always an alternative available for lighter fare.
