Our independent living community offers 166 bright and spacious apartments with three distinct floor plans on three floors. We also offer 20 single story attached villas with two floor plans to choose from. Each villa has its own garage.

Each senior apartment or villa has a roomy, open floor plan with full kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower and individually controlled forced heat and air conditioning. Many have balconies and patios overlooking the community’s pond and fountain or beautifully landscaped courtyards.

On-site home health and private duty services are available through local agencies who provide nursing, therapy and personal care services. Other providers such a visiting physicians, podiatrists, hearing specialists, eye specialists, massage therapists and chiropractors are available to residents on a scheduled and as needed basis.

Oak Tree is also a polling place for state, local and federal elections. We are committed to being a leader for our industry in raising money for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s. Throughout the spring and summer, we host a variety of events and activities for this fundraising effort.
Residents enjoy delicious meals served in our restaurant on a daily basis. An expanded contential breakfast starts the day. Nutritious meals are prepared by our chef and include a cafe menu with daily specials for lunch and a choice dinner menu. Meals are a social occasion and are served by our dining staff restaurant style. Special occasion meals can be arranged in our private dining room. Occasional Sunday brunches, specialty buffets, holiday meals and barbecues are opportunities for residents to relax and enjoy a meal with family and friends.
