Brookdale Asheboro was designed and built from the ground up to provide comfort, beauty and privacy. Our innovative design provides charming, home-like community areas for socializing, dining and entertaining, as well as private apartments in a variety of styles and sizes. Our Asheboro community is an intimate, single story building, with all community areas easily accessible for individuals with limited mobility.
Our community is located just east of Interstate 74, about a 25-minute drive south of Greenboro. Our proximity to the Piedmont Triad of Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point means our travel-ready Assisted living residents have a surprisingly large number of off-site entertainment and culture-building activities. And we think our down-home, manicured grounds make it easy for all of our guests to feel at home here.
At Brookdale Asheboro we partner with each resident to design an individualized, personal service plan with all of the amenities you want, the safety and health-related features you need, and always the quality of life you’ve earned. Here are a few details about the two levels of care we offer:
Assisted Living – Seniors in our assisted living community receive a personalized care plan based on their specific needs, meaning you only pay for what you need and want. These care plans are regularly reviewed to meet the changing needs of every resident. Residents are mostly independent, receiving the everyday help they need, and none that they don’t. We also provide offsite outing and activity options that keep our most mobile residents.
Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care – Our people-first approach is geared towards providing the kind of structured environment that you need, while still maintaining the social connections and life-enriching activities that give life its high quality.
We invite you to come experience personalized assisted living and Alzheimer’s and dementia care options at Brookdale Asheboro. Schedule a time to tour our community.
We know that there are tons of options when it comes to senior living. Wading through them all can be difficult, but we’d love to help. Here are some details about the two levels of care that we offer — Assisted Living and Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care.
Our brand of Assisted Living combines rewarding lifestyles and comfortable accommodations with an exceptional blend of service, care and hospitality. With an impressive line of features and amenities, Assisted Living residents enjoy life with all the support they may require.
Carefully selected and trained associates do more than assist with activities of daily living such as dressing, bathing and dispensing of medications — they implement custom care plans designed to meet the individual needs of each resident.
It all begins with a Personal Service Assessment. We take the time to listen to our residents so we can establish clinical, dining and program support that works for them in a meaningful way.
No two seniors are alike, which is why Brookdale Assisted Living recognizes our residents’ individual needs and preferences and respond accordingly. So, whether it’s a scented lotion, a unique snack, a favorite recipe or a lifelong interest, we integrate everything we learn to create a truly individualized living experience.
We also provide the kind of help that allows our residents to live life to the fullest. So lawn work, trash hauling and laundry are all out. Group activities, hobby-related communities and off-site cultural experiences are all in!
For those of our community that need more structure in their lives, we use the Clare Bridge concept, which provides care programs and secure environments for those with Alzheimer’s disease or other types of dementia. At Brookdale Asheboro we believe no matter where an individual is in life’s journey, each has the right to live in a dignified manner and to enjoy meaningful experiences every day. Highly trained associates deliver on this promise as they provide dementia care services and enable residents to experience daily moments of success.
Deeply rooted in a person-centered approach, the Clare Bridge program focuses on sustaining feelings of belonging and purpose while seeking to preserve a sense of self. The Clare Bridge concept has evolved over a quarter of a century by continually embracing the latest research and innovations in the delivery of quality dementia care. Our teams have cared for thousands of individuals with dementia, as well as for their families.
The Clare Bridge Daily Path offers a gentle daily structure (seven days per week) choreographed with a minimum of six programs per day. All are designed to maintain the resident’s abilities and to encourage the use of their current skills. The Daily Path gives each resident a sense of security that they are “right where they need to be.” Daily Path activities include the following:
Lastly, our residents enjoy a dining program designed by a team of culinary associates, experts specializing in dementia care. The program offers:
No matter which level of care is right for you, we hope you’ll come check out our first-rate community. We think from the moment you walk through our doors you’ll see what makes Brookdale Asheboro special.
