Our Community

Our philosophy is that of “person centered care,” and we offer the Daily Path of Life Enrichment and Care to help meet our residents at their point of need and encourage their highest level of participation. All of our staff are trained to care for residents with Memory Care needs on an ongoing, monthly basis.

Our community has an open neighborhood concept, each of which features a kitchenette, common living space and suites that surround the common area of each neighborhood.

Maintaining familiar daily routines is important for our Alzheimer’s, Dementia and Memory Care residents. Physical and behavioral needs, as well as life history each play integral roles. Each resident receives an individualized service plan designed to meet their unique needs and to help them feel safe, while adding meaning to their day.

We also aim to create opportunities for our residents to enjoy meaningful experiences every day that are rich with purpose and passion. We provide Life Enrichment Programming where we get to know the likes and dislikes of each of our residents and then develop programs and outings that are based on that information. We offer multiple programs throughout the day, and our programs are created by dementia care specialists, to ensure the best for our seniors.
