At Brookdale Gayton Terrace, our friendly and professional staff provides expert care to seniors.
Our four-story apartment community is conveniently located near the west end on the outskirts of Richmond, about five miles from the popular Short Pump Town Center. Built on 10 acres, our community is dedicated to making our seniors feel comfortable and at home.
We offer two different care options our wonderful staff can provide:
Assisted living gives you just the right amount of support, as you need it, in order to make your life healthier and easier. Our staff’s aim is to allow you as much independence as possible.
Memory care is guided by a state-of-the-art program, the Clare Bridge Concept, which has years of experience providing successful care to those with forms of dementia. Our trained staff delivers attentive care with a focus of allowing residents to enjoy meaningful experiences, daily moments of success and working to retain mental functions.
In our Assisted Living community, we offer studio, one-bedroom or two-bedroom apartments. Each spacious apartment features 9-foot ceilings, full kitchens, balconies, fireplaces and ceiling fans. We also renovated our community recently, adding more than 100 apartments along with a movie theater, bistro and beautiful courtyards.
Brookdale Gayton Terrace offers plenty of opportunities for social interaction, physical activity and intellectual stimulation for all of our residents. You can join friends for a game of bingo, take part in our exercise classes and scheduled activities, or go on one of our many monthly excursions. Popular activities include yoga, afternoon at the movies, wine tastings, leadership forums, bingo and bridge.
You can sit outside in one of the large, beautiful gazebos or enjoy the fresh air with a leisurely stroll. Our popular dining programs offer delicious meals, along with outstanding customer service. Residents enjoy three meals a day and the dining room has a beautiful salad bar daily and a variety of wine selections.
We also offer excellent services such as medication support, nutritional support, trained staff, help with dressing, and emergency response. These services are available in the convenience and comfort of your own apartment.
Whether you are an Assisted Living or Memory Care resident, you can feel confident that our care approach is centered on you. Our approach at Brookdale Gayton Terrace is based on the concept that the person should be the top priority.
