Whatever your care needs are, our staff can provide a helping hand to give you the assistance you need. Delivering quality care is very important to us. Our community maintains a rapport with the local medical community. Brookdale Grayson View’s team works with physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners in making sure we are delivering the right kind of care to our residents.
We boast a single story building that’s specifically designed to allow for easy mobility. Our interior is decorated in a classic country style. The main lobby features a gas fireplace that can be viewed from both sides. Residents can also enjoy the library, green house, chapel, and activities area.
Studio and one bedroom senior apartments are available for our personal care home residents. The Alzheimer’s and dementia care wing is designed to meet the needs of the individual in a warm and caring environment. Private rooms are available depending on availability.
A full slate of activities is offered to residents seven days a week. Programming includes games, picnics, shopping trips, religious services, musical events and more. We often have volunteers come to our community to socialize and engage with our seniors. Volunteers may help call bingo, sing carols during the holiday season, or simply sit and chat with residents.
Brookdale Grayson View serves three meals daily in its spacious and comfortable dining room. Each resident is served individually. Two entrees are offered for lunch and dinner along with the soup of the day. The goal is to provide a truly positive dining experience during every meal.
Brookdale Grayson View offers three care levels — independent living, personal care home, and memory care. This is a huge benefit to residents because we are able to continue caring for them, even if their needs change over the years.
So when you settle into our community, you won’t have to pick up and move. Brookdale Grayson View can remain your home filled with your dear friends and a staff that truly cares about you.

Residents receive personal assistance and support with the daily activities and services needed, such as medication management, meals,
Sometimes you may need a little extra support during the day, perhaps for bathing, taking medication or getting dressed. But even with that little bit of support, you still want to maintain a level of independence. That’s where our staff can provide the right balance of care.
Our community provides care that combines independence with assistance and delivers service with compassion,
We believe in creating a personalized experience for our residents. So we work with each of our residents, understanding their needs first and then crafting together a plan that fits their situation.
Our aim is to allow you as much daily independence as possible. We only lend a helping hand during certain tasks to ensure that your remain safe and healthy. But we partner with you to create an experience that you feel comfortable with.
For our memory care, we strive to help maintain residents’ abilities and encourage their current skills. We believe that each individual deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and you’ll see that our staff strives to do that every day.
From the type of dining we offer to the activities available, our staff works to engage residents’ mental functions, encourage them to participate in purposeful activities, and involve them in many physical programs. Our goal is to provide opportunities for our seniors to feel a sense of meaning regularly.
In order to accomplish this, we provide a gentle structure every day for our residents that involves seniors participating in a minimum of six well-designed programs. The goal of these programs is to maintain the resident’s abilities and to encourage the use of their current skills.
Programs may include a “Morning Mental Workout” where residents might enjoy brain-stimulating games or discussions, and a Person-Centered Program, which may honor a resident’s past interests and involvements.
We’d love to meet you in-person and answer any questions you may have. Please give us a call to schedule a tour of our lovely community.
