What Our Memory Care Community Can Offer You

Just because someone you love is experiencing memory loss, it doesn't mean that they should have to sacrifice their quality of life. Our residents spend their days in a secure environment, surrounded by familiar people who encourage them to enjoy life, experience feelings of belonging and purpose, and help to maintain their current skills through our daily path of engagement.

Here are just a few of the ways we help the seniors in our memory care programs make the most of this season of their lives:

A Secure Setting
Our community layout is intimate and familiar, with a circular walking path to enjoy while watching the great outdoors in a beautiful courtyard. We offer studio apartments for privacy, as well as group common areas enabling our residents to get to know one another. You’ll also have peace of mind knowing we have secured entrances and exits, and there is trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.

A Warm and Welcoming Atmosphere
Moving into a memory care community doesn’t eliminate your family member’s choices. If anything, it empowers them to have more choices. That’s why we provide a variety of studio apartments that feel and function like a private home so they can enjoy the independence and freedom they deserve without sacrificing the conveniences and quality care available through community living. With soul-filling natural light, cozy wall-to-wall carpet and ample closet space for their treasured belongings, your loved one will feel right at home.

Consistent Care Assignments
We’re here to help our residents live their best life. That’s why we strive to provide the same care partners to your loved one on a regular basis whenever possible to encourage familiarity and relationship-rich care. Plus, our staff provides dining assistance or help with tasks like bathing, dressing, managing medication and more. We can even help you and your family coordinate care with outside healthcare providers.

Enriching Activities
Your loved one will enjoy participating in structured activities each day through our signature Clare Bridge Daily Path program. Designed specifically for seniors living with dementia, including Alzheimer’s, this program promotes cognitive retention and social interaction without sacrificing the fun and laughter that make life worth living. No matter what the details of the programs may be, you can rest easy knowing each day will present your loved one with chances to experience a life rich in meaning and purpose.
