We also offer an exciting array of social, educational and cultural programs, and we encourage our residents to renew their old interests and explore new ones.
At our community, we can offer you or your loved one skilled Personal Care Home or Memory Care. With each level of care, our staff is dedicated to supporting and caring for the individual’s needs. Whatever those may be.

Our approach to Memory Care is based on a few different factors. First of all, we incorporate the latest research and information on Alzheimer’s and dementia to provide our seniors with the best possible care. But we also factor in residents’ physical and behavioral needs, as well as life history.
We want to create a well-rounded care plan that utilizes the latest research while also providing an individualized and personal experience for our Memory Care residents.
In order to deliver this care in the right way, we carefully select our staff members to ensure that they will provide care with respect, compassion, and understanding toward our residents. Our staff members receive initial training, as well as on going training, on how to provide the proper care.
We value our residents’ well-being, and we create life-enriching opportunities for our seniors. Our goal is for residents to experience daily moments of success. We do this through the Clare Bridge Daily Path, which provides a gentle structure to each day that targets specific needs of those with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
Residents enjoy a minimum of six programs each day that are designed to maintain a resident’s abilities and encourage the use of their current skills. Programs may include a “Morning Mental Workout” where residents might enjoy brain-stimulating games or discussions, and a Person-Centered Program, which may honor a resident’s past interests and involvements.
