Our community is situated in a gorgeous rural setting, close to the beautiful Pinnacle Golf Course, which provides wonderful scenic views for our community.
Assisted Living combines a rewarding lifestyle with comfortable accommodations, and is for our residents who need help with some daily activities like wardrobe, hygiene or dining. At Brookdale Pinnacle, it’s all done with the kind of service that you deserve.
For our Alzheimer’s and dementia care residents, safety and personal care is our first priority. Our people-first approach is geared specifically to each resident’s needs, and includes dining, behavioral problem solving and the kind of gentle, organized structure that these special residents need.
From the moment you walk through our door, we are certain you will feel welcomed. We’ve worked to make our community a place that’s inviting, comfortable and safe. Since we are a one-story community, you won’t need to worry about stairs or elevators. You’ll get to choose from a variety of apartment floor plans that range from a cozy studio style to a larger one-bedroom option.
We offer a great selection of common areas to add richness to your stay. Whether dining with friends in the dining room, relaxing with a good book in the library or kicking back in the TV room, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know others living at the community.
We provide a variety of socially stimulating activities, including off-site excursions, live musical performances, and social hours at the community. We also offer a monthly Family Night in order to provide residents’ families an opportunity to be active in our community.
We welcome relationships with all local healthcare providers. We feel it is the residents’ choice who will be providing care outside our community. There are a number of skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, home health, and physicians whom we work very close with every day.
Many of our seniors are longtime residents of the area, and maintain their membership with various organizations and churches. Many local churches and organizations hold group meetings and activities in our community, which allow our residents to stay active in their social and spiritual needs.
We offer two levels of care options to fit your particular needs — Assisted Living and Memory Care. Discover more details about each care option and how we are equipped to meet your needs.
Sometimes you may need extra support with daily tasks. At Brookdale Pinnacle, we offer Assisted Living care so you can receive the right kind of assistance — when you need it.
In order to assess your personal needs, we’ll first do a service assessment. During the assessment, we take time to listen to you and your care needs. Based on that, we will establish clinical, dining and programs that work specifically for you.
Through years of experience serving seniors, we have developed a process that allows us to customize personal care plans for our Assisted Living residents. Your customized care plan means you only pay for the services you need and want, giving you the flexibility to change your plan.
You want to be confident that your loved one’s caregivers understand how to provide the right treatment to those with Alzheimer’s or other types of dementia.

We approach memory care with compassion, understanding, and the belief that no matter where an individual is on life’s journey, they have the right to live in a dignified manner and to enjoy meaningful experiences every day.
