What Our Memory Care Community Can Offer You

Just because someone you love is experiencing memory loss, it doesn't mean that they should have to sacrifice their quality of life. Our residents spend their days in a secure environment, surrounded by familiar people who encourage them to enjoy life, experience feelings of belonging and purpose, and help to maintain their current skills through our daily path of engagement.

Here are just a few of the ways we help the seniors in our memory care programs make the most of this season of their lives:

A Secure Setting
Featuring secured entries and exits plus enclosed outdoor environments, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing we strive to help keep your loved one secure and comfortable. Our care team is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency. With fewer worries and a sense of security, your family member can savor all of life’s precious moments within a warm and welcoming environment.

A Warm and Welcoming Atmosphere
Your loved one will feel right at home with our purpose-built community designed specifically for the needs of those living with dementia, including Alzheimer’s. With several floor plans to choose from, our apartments feature cozy wall-to-wall carpet, an abundance of natural light and a private bathroom. We can even help you make your loved one’s apartment familiar with suggestions for what to bring on move-in day. Plus, we’re a pet-friendly community because we know it’s not really home without our four-legged family members.

Consistent Care Assignments
Our team is here to provide gentle guidance and encouragement every single day. We carefully select our care associates, and we invest in quality training and education to help keep them up-to-date on the latest dementia care techniques. They specialize in techniques like physical prompting and cueing to help residents maintain independence. And our attentive staff builds person-centered partnerships with your loved one through consistent care assignments whenever possible, to encourage familiarity and regularity.

Enriching Activities
The Clare Bridge Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle daily structure of six planned programs. This established routine helps your loved one maintain their abilities, encourages the use of current skills and offers a sense of security and accomplishment. Activities include music and art programs, brain games and movement classes like our B-Fit program, walking programs, and dancing.

Personalized Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

We strive to help our seniors maintain and utilize their unique skills, abilities and talents with independence and grace for as long as possible. Because we work together to create a personalized care plan before your family member arrives, you can rest easy knowing your loved one will be treated with respect and kindness while receiving quality care tailored to meet their specific needs and level of dementia. Our care team takes time to learn each resident’s family history, preferences, likes and dislikes. No matter where your loved one is on their journey, we strive to help them experience daily moments of success, joy and belonging while surrounded by friends and family.
