What Our Memory Care Community Can Offer You
Just because someone you love is experiencing memory loss, it doesn't mean that they should have to sacrifice their quality of life. Our residents spend their days in a secure environment, surrounded by familiar people who encourage them to enjoy life, experience feelings of belonging and purpose, and help to maintain their current skills through our daily path of engagement.
Here are just a few of the ways we help the seniors in our memory care programs make the most of this season of their lives:

A Secure Setting
Because we’re a dedicated provider of memory care, our entire community is built from the ground up for the specific needs of those with dementia. We offer physical features, like large circular paths designed to lead residents to areas of activity, way-finding cues and spaces decorated like home. With secured entries and exits and an enclosed courtyard and garden, we strive to help keep our residents secure while encouraging a sense of freedom and independence to explore. You’ll also have peace of mind knowing there is trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.
A Warm and Welcoming Atmosphere
When you’re here, you’re home. Our community might have a safety-first mentality, but that doesn’t mean we skimped on the comfort. From our wellness room to the fireside living room to our carefully landscaped courtyard and garden, your family member will experience life surrounded by beauty. And our pet-friendly apartments come with plenty of natural window light and can be customized with family photos, mementos, and keepsakes, so our community will be feeling like home sweet home in no time.
Consistent Care Assignments
We’re able to provide trained staff with training specific to memory care. That means each resident here gets their best chance of living their best life. It also means that you benefit from knowing that we are trained to handle situations that might arise. We assign the same care partners to your loved one whenever possible to build person-centered partnerships and encourage familiarity. We also offer our exclusive Personalized Service System, which allows us to provide customized plans for your family member, and you only pay for the services your loved one needs. Our attentive staff also handles chores such as laundry and housekeeping, and more.
Enriching Activities
Because we know how important it is for each senior to feel accepted, we provide engagement that offers stimulation and challenge but remains failure-free. We use an evidence-based practice called the Clare Bridge Daily Path to offer a gentle daily structure of six planned programs. This established routine helps your loved one maintain their abilities, encourages the use of current skills and offers a sense of security and accomplishment. It’s all about providing opportunities for our residents to thrive.

Personalized Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
We are committed to person-centered partnerships. In our care model, we build relationships with trust, loving concern and a sense of family. Knowing and being present with your loved one gives us a solid foundation to anticipate their needs and address behavioral expressions that may occur due to dementia symptoms. In addition, our care associates get to know our residents’ histories, routines and preferences. This helps us offer our residents a sense of stability and comfort that they are well-known where they live through all stages of the disease.
