What Our Memory Care Community Can Offer You

Just because someone you love is experiencing memory loss, it doesn't mean that they should have to sacrifice their quality of life. Our residents spend their days in a secure environment, surrounded by familiar people who encourage them to enjoy life, experience feelings of belonging and purpose, and help to maintain their current skills through our daily path of engagement.

Here are just a few of the ways we help the seniors in our memory care programs make the most of this season of their lives:

A Secure Setting
Because our community is built from the ground up specifically for memory care patients, we put security first. We have secured entries and exits and trained staff available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency. And from the library to the courtyard, our common areas provide a wide range of options for enjoying the senior lifestyle in a secure environment. It’s all about making your family member feel right at home sweet home.

A Warm and Welcoming Atmosphere
We have a wide range of helpful features that can make a big difference for seniors living with dementia or other cognitive challenges, like color coding and stable schedules. But we’re also built for comfort, with tons of natural light, wood floors and carefully manicured landscaping in each of our community areas. That’s why we think from day one, as you or your loved one is unpacking favorite photos, keepsakes or decorations, our space will start to feel like your place in no time.

Consistent Care Assignments
We provide services to help your loved one experience a full life in a place where they are well known. We are also committed to the consistent assignment of the same associates to your family member whenever possible, to encourage familiarity and relationship-rich care. Our staff handles chores such as housekeeping and laundry while providing support throughout the day, whether during meals, bathing, taking medication or more.

Enriching Activities
With Alzheimer’s and other dementia, even small moments can have a big purpose. That’s why we help your family member maintain their abilities, encourage the use of their current skills and offer a sense of security and accomplishment. We do this through the Clare Bridge Daily Path, an evidence-based practice that offers a gentle structure of six planned programs per day. Residents are provided engagement that offers stimulation and challenge but remains failure-free.

Personalized Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

As a leader in the area of memory care, we strive to provide an exceptional quality of life for our residents. Deeply rooted in a person-centered approach, your loved one will benefit from our specialized environment and trained staff to support them at all stages of the disease. We are committed to building partnerships based on trust, loving concern and an understanding of family. More simply, we meet your family member where they are.
