Located close to Manatee Ave. in one of Bradenton’s finest neighborhoods, we are within walking distances to many shops and restaurants. We are also located near Blake Medical Center, Manatee Memorial Hospital and nursing home rehabilitation facilities, such as Surrey Place, Bradenton Health Care Center and Freedom Village. The community is also located within minutes to our beautiful gulf beaches.

At Brookdale Palma Sola, we value our residents’ opinions and we rely on their feedback to plan activities they enjoy, such as bingo, Wii bowling, card night, lunch bunch and billiards; which helps promote choice and independence for them.
