What Our Memory Care Community Can Offer You

Just because someone you love is experiencing memory loss, it doesn't mean that they should have to sacrifice their quality of life. Our residents spend their days in a secure environment, surrounded by familiar people who encourage them to enjoy life, experience feelings of belonging and purpose, and help to maintain their current skills through our daily path of engagement.

Here are just a few of the ways we help the seniors in our memory care programs make the most of this season of their lives:

A Secure Setting
Designed with the specific needs of those living with dementia in mind, our community is comfortable and secure. Still, more importantly, it also allows for a “sheltered freedom,” with enclosed outdoor walking spaces and gardens. Plus with secured entries and exits, our residents can feel a sense of independence as we strive to help them explore their surroundings in a secured environment. You’ll also have peace of mind knowing there is trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.

A Warm and Welcoming Atmosphere
Surrounded by your favorite things and people who care about you—that’s home.  Our apartments have plenty of natural window light, and some even have a garden view. Your loved one will also have a private bathroom and plenty of storage. And you and your family have several floor plans to choose from, including a companion suite option. We can help you make your loved one’s apartment familiar and comfortable with a move-in guide and a suggested list of what to bring.

Consistent Care Assignments
Your loved one deserves to experience a full life in a place where they are well known. That's why we assign the same care partners to your loved one whenever possible to promote familiarity and relationship-rich care. Our staff handles chores such as laundry and housekeeping while providing support throughout the day, whether during meals, taking medication, bathing or more. Our exclusive Personalized Service System allows us to customize care plans for your family member. That means you only pay for the services you need and want.

Enriching Activities
With dementia, even small moments can have a big purpose. The Clare Bridge Daily Path is an evidence-based approach that offers a gentle structure of six planned programs per day. Our routine helps your loved one maintain their abilities, encourages the use of their current skills and offers a sense of security and accomplishment. Residents are offered engagement that provides stimulation and challenge but remains failure-free.

Personalized Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care

Our memory care program is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach. But it's more than just a care approach. Our residents also benefit from our specialized environment and trained staff to support them at all stages of the disease. We focus on creating feelings of belonging and purpose for your loved one while seeking to preserve their identity and sense of self. More simply, we meet them where they are. We are committed to building partnerships based on trust, loving concern and an understanding of family.
