- Jaclyn Pritchett – Executive Vice President of Human Resources
Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer
Jaclyn C. Pritchett joined Brookdale in 2016 and has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer since March 2022; her title prior to March 2026 was Executive Vice President of Human Resources. Ms. Pritchett is responsible for leading human resources, focusing on attracting, engaging, developing and retaining the best associates across the organization. During her tenure at Brookdale, Ms. Pritchett has had career progression through various human resources functions across talent acquisition, talent management and field operations.
Prior to joining Brookdale, Ms. Pritchett held a variety of human resources roles at Bridgestone America, Cracker Barrel, Voith and the Tennessee Center for Child Welfare.
Ms. Pritchett earned a Master’s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Auburn University. She holds certifications in Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and in Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). She currently serves as President of the Board of Directors for New Frontiers and serves as a Strategic Advisor to Expa.
