Friends for Life Program Details.

For each new, qualified resident referral who moves in, you may receive a one-time credit on your monthly invoice in the month following the referral’s first 30 days of residency. The amount of this one-time credit will be calculated based on the market rate of your unit. Units with a market rate of $2,232 - $4,197 receive a credit valued at $1,250; units with a market rate of $4,198 - $7,323 receive a credit valued at $2,500; units with a market rate of $7,324 - $14,982 receive a credit valued at $3,250. Credit may be taxable. This promotion is not available to residents residing in our communities in the State of Nevada. Not valid for those whose payor source is a governmental payor, except for Florida Medicaid eligible residents, for whom acceptance of credit may impact Medicaid benefits or eligibility.
