Personal Assistance
With our personal care home services, we can help with managing medications, dressing and bathing, as well as services like housekeeping and meals. That means you can spend time on the things you really want to do. We also know that peace of mind matters to you and your family. That’s why our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to be alerted to an emergency. We’re here to support you so you can do more of what you love.
Health and Wellness
Brookdale Augusta creates a culture of wellness where we focus on knowing you and empowering you to live your best life even when you’re facing health challenges. Our programs reflect your unique interests and are balanced to support six dimensions of wellness—intellectual, physical, social, emotional, spiritual and purposeful. Take a B-Fit fitness class to experience a fun, stimulating and social workout. Enjoy our weekly Wellness Wednesdays and Flex Your Brain mental workouts. Music is also an important part of our community life with music bingo and songs around the piano.
Lifestyle Services
You have a lot of options for services right here on campus. Have your hair styled at our on-site salon and you won’t have to worry about getting stuck in traffic. Or maybe you want to head over to the game room for board games, card games and puzzles. When you’re ready to pick out a new novel or the latest issue of your favorite magazine, stop by our library. And if you love gardening, visit our courtyard gardens or enjoy your morning tea on the porch. We even have an enclosed sunroom for cooler days.
Home-Like Environment
Our community is comfortable and cozy, just like home. And you don’t have to worry about stairs or elevators because our community is all one floor for easy navigation. With plenty of natural window light, you can have the freedom to personalize your apartment and make it your own. Some apartments even have a garden view. You can also enjoy wall-to-wall carpeting, a kitchenette, a private bathroom and individually controlled heating and air. And best of all, we’re pet friendly!
