Memory Care at Brookdale Creekside
Our memory care focuses on creating a personalized experience. That means there is no one-size-fits-all approach to care here. Techniques that work for one resident may not work for another, so we tailor care to each resident and help address their needs with consistent care assignments whenever possible. Whether it’s our Clare Bridge program for mid to late stages of dementia or our Solace program for the advanced stages of dementia, we have purposeful programs with the compassionate care you and your family need. Here are some of the programs and services we offer:
Clare Bridge is our exclusive brand of dementia care created more than 30 years ago.
Clare Bridge Solace is designed to meet the special needs of residents in the advanced stages of dementia.
ActivitiesOn any given day, you’ll see our residents outside engaged in such sports as cornhole, ring toss or practicing their golf on the putting green, as well as socializing at parties and other get-togethers, reminiscing about the old days and listening to music. Maybe you’ll find them playing cards, getting creative with arts & crafts or gathering for a movie. Yes, each of these activities is enjoyable, but they’re part of a carefully designed care program to help your family member live their best life.
DiningOur supportive dining environment encourages familiarity and socialization during mealtime. Three flavorsome, nutritious home-style meals and snacks are served daily in our dining area. We keep mealtimes very routine for our memory care community to help alleviate any confusion or added stress. Your loved one will sit with familiar people at the same time and the same table each day, and place settings enhance the dining experience and make meals easier for our residents.
Our memory care program is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach. We offer the necessary resources and nurturing staff to care for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
