Memory Care at Brookdale North Oaks
When residents move into our community, their world often opens up with new relationships and new activities. Through consistent care assignments, our compassionate care team provides personalized and meaningful experiences for your loved one to help ensure they feel well-known. Whether it’s our Clare Bridge program for mid to late stages of dementia or our Solace program for the advanced stages of dementia, we have purposeful programs with the compassionate care you and your family need. Here are some of the programs and services we offer:
Clare Bridge is our exclusive brand of dementia care created more than 30 years ago.
Clare Bridge Solace is designed to meet the special needs of residents in the advanced stages of dementia.
ActivitiesOn any given day, you’ll see our residents engaged in chair yoga, socializing at parties and other get-togethers, reminiscing about the old days and listening to music. Maybe you’ll find them playing cards, getting creative with arts & crafts, baking, gathering for a movie or tending the garden. Each of these activities is enjoyable, yes, but they’re actually part of a carefully designed care program to help your loved one live their best life.
DiningOur supportive dining environment encourages familiarity and socialization during mealtime. Three flavorsome, nutritious home-style meals and snacks are served daily in our dining area. We keep mealtimes very routine for your family member to help alleviate any confusion or added stress. All residents sit together at the same time and at the same table each day.
Our memory care program is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach. We offer the necessary resources and nurturing staff to care for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
