Brookdale Senior Living Foundation

Mission

The Brookdale Senior Living Foundation accepts donations and distributes funding to enhance the well-being of older adults.

The Foundation approves grants to organizations that align with evidence-based research related to the six dimensions of well-being:

Physical
Emotional
Intellectual
Social
Spiritual
Purposeful.

Structure

The Brookdale Senior Living Foundation was incorporated as a nonprofit foundation on October 17, 2019. Funding sources may include Brookdale Senior Living Inc., Brookdale associates, and public and private sources.

What To Expect

All applications must be submitted by September 1, of each calendar year.
All submitted applications will be reviewed and a decision will be announced by November 1, of each calendar.
Should the request be approved or denied, a Brookdale foundation associate will communicate the approval or denial to the appropriate contact person listed on the application. Funds will be released within 30 days of approval.
