Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer
Camille Jordan joined Brookdale in 2022 as Senior Vice President of Clinical Services; in March of 2026 her title was updated to Senior Vice President and Chief Clinical Officer. Ms. Jordan is responsible for leading clinical services, including care quality, regulatory compliance and clinical operations across the company.
Prior to joining Brookdale, Ms. Jordan served as Senior Vice President of Clinical Operations & Innovations at Signature HealthCARE, where she was promoted multiple times over her tenure. Earlier in her career, she held clinical and operational leadership roles at Kindred Healthcare, including District Director of Clinical Operations and Director of Nursing Services.
Ms. Jordan has experience as a hospitalist and urgent care Advanced Practice Registered Nurse as well as regulatory experience as a Nurse Consultant/Inspector certified by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. She currently serves on the National Center for Assisted Living Board and the Senior Living 100 Advisory Board. She was appointed to the President’s Coronavirus Commission for Safety and Quality in Nursing Homes in 2020.
Ms. Jordan earned a Master of Science in Nursing in Leadership and Management from Walden University and holds a post-master’s Family Nurse Practitioner certification. She also earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Murray State University.
