Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations
Clark Jones joined Brookdale in February 2026 and serves as Senior Vice President, Strategic Operations. Mr. Jones is responsible for leading strategic operations and supporting the company’s operational priorities through pricing, asset management, capital deployment and workforce planning.
Prior to joining Brookdale, Mr. Jones served as Chief Asset Development and Management Officer at Pediatrix Medical Group. He previously served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Head of Financial Planning and Analysis, Asset Management and Capital Expenditures at Sunrise Senior Living from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Asset Management and Capital Expenditures from 2014 to 2020 and in successive asset management leadership roles at Sunrise from 2010 to 2014.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Jones served as Assistant Vice President, Commercial Real Estate, at Bank of America from 2005 to 2010 and held various roles at BB&T from 2003 to 2005.
Mr. Jones earned his Bachelor of Arts in Finance, Management and Marketing from Liberty University. He currently serves as the Mid-Atlantic Board Chair for Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
