Chief Sales Officer
Margaret Cabell serves as Chief Sales Officer for Brookdale Senior Living. In this role, she leads the company’s sales strategy and initiatives, focused on driving growth, strengthening organizational alignment, and supporting operational excellence across Brookdale’s communities.
Ms. Cabell brings more than 25 years of leadership experience in the senior living industry, with expertise spanning sales, marketing, operations, and profit-and-loss management. Prior to joining Brookdale, she served as Chief Community Relations Officer and Head of Sales at A Place for Mom. Previously, she was Chief Executive Officer of Harmony Senior Services after serving as the company’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Earlier in her career, she spent 15 years with Brookdale in a variety of leadership roles across the organization.
Ms. Cabell earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from William & Mary and a Master of Arts in Art Therapy from The George Washington University. She was recently inducted into the McKnight’s Women of Distinction Hall of Honor in recognition of her leadership and contributions to the senior living industry.
