Kim Elliott
Kim Elliott, SVP, Chief Nursing Officer at Brookdale, successfully maintains the highest ethical standards while developing and implementing corporate processes and policies for Brookdale communities. Her experience includes long-term acute care, assisted living, skilled nursing, hospice, home health, inpatient rehabilitation, independent living and personalized living. Kim also serves as a member of the Argentum Clinical Quality Executive Roundtable. She has a master’s degree from Chamberlain College of Nursing, and is proficient in building and leading clinical programs to meet regulatory compliance and accreditation standards while exceeding quality goals.
Dr. Dana Lerman
Dr. Lerman studied Infectious Disease at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. She is a co-founder of The COVID Consultants, which is a group of healthcare professionals providing tailored guidelines to companies to help mitigate the risk of COVID-19 transmission. They have worked with assisted living communities and other local businesses to provide the best guidelines, practices, and strategies to open and operate safely regarding COVID-19.
JoAnne Carlin
JoAnne is the Vice President of Clinical Risk Services at Willis Towers Watson, where she oversees the clinical risk services for the Senior Living Center of Excellence specialty group. Her role includes assessing operations for compliance with policies and standards; researching relevant clinical innovations and new regulations, developing reports with recommendations, and creating policies and procedures.
