About Our Community
Everett Assisted Living
Brookdale Arbor Place, formerly Emeritus at Silver Lake, is an Everett Assisted Living community close to shopping. It is surrounded with protected wetlands and nestled in the trees. Many apartments have views of the Cascade mountains. We also have gardens, flat walking areas, a BBQ patio area and landscaped grounds.
A Wonderful Place to Live
At Brookdale Arbor Place, it is all about choice. You decide how you want to spend your time. If you want to sleep in late, you can do so. You decide which option on the menu you want for lunch or dinner, and you decide what activities you would enjoy. At Brookdale Arbor Place, we don’t use a cookie-cutter approach to planning our activities program. We look for what’s fun, fresh, and the favorite things that people who live with us want to do. Studies show brain health is tied to stimulation of the heart, mind, body, and spirit. We are committed to providing a robust program. So whether it is going to the theater, going fishing, enjoying a country drive, sharing in happy hour or going on weekly shopping trips, you choose what you want to do. We plan for the conveniences and safety measures that need to be in place so you feel comfortable and confident.
Active Community Relationships
Brookdale Arbor Place participates in making blankets for the homeless, Boy Scout projects, and ongoing efforts to raise the awareness of seniors’ needs and rights in the community. We believe in inter-generational communities where people of all ages share and enrich each others lives.
Our Community Lifestyle
A Wonderful, Active Lifestyle
Activities range from clubs and fellowship groups, to various fun brain and body engaging activities. It is important for us to keep our residents engaged with our community. We have fun activities such as walking groups, Sittercize and Tai Chi, lots of music, entertainers and storytellers. We also provide activities such as men-only events, Red Hat group, “out to lunch bunch”, prayer and fellowship groups, horseshoes, Wii bowling, sing-alongs, holiday celebrations, field trips to horse ranches and kangaroo farms, card games, bingo, puzzles, craft projects, and more.

Partnering with the Local Community
We believe that it is important to keep our residents plugged in with the greater community and it is best for the greater community to create space for seniors. We are members of the Chamber of Commerce, Mill Creek Garden Club, participate in the Memory Walk, support the Boy Scouts of America and local student projects as well as making blankets for the homeless.
We serve three homemade meals restaurant-style with tableside service. We have extended seating times to give residents more flexibility in their schedules. We offer a hot breakfast with cook-to-order options. Our main meal is at lunchtime, and we serve a lighter meal at supper time. We offer two main entrees with our lunch and dinner menus along with alternative options for additional variety.
At Brookdale Arbor Place, we help seniors meet their financial needs by partnering with several senior financial solution providers and by developing special programs. To learn more about our financial solution programs click here.
