About Our Community
Brookdale North Euclid, formerly Emeritus at Victorian Court, is in a beautiful residential area of historic Ontario where we enjoy the beautiful view of the San Bernardino Mountains every day. The community is located less than a mile from Upland and the 10 freeway making it very convenient for family and friends to visit.
We are just minutes from Montclair Mall, Victorian Gardens, the Ontario Mills Mall, several major banks, grocery stories, Target, Wal-Mart, Kohls and many beautiful parks. In addition, our city library and senior center are just down the street. And in just 30 minutes in either direction, residents can easily get to the mountains or local beaches. San Antonio Hospital, Kaiser Medical offices and a nursing home rehabilitation center are also nearby if ever needed.
A Wonderful Selection
Brookdale North Euclid has a very warm and homey feel to it. Our community has 97 apartments on two floors which is a layout that makes it easy for our residents to maneuver. The size of each room is a perfect and workable space where the resident can relax and feel at home. We encourage residents to bring their own furniture and to personalize their room as much as possible.
Our common areas including our lovely dining room, cozy activities center and Tea Room give residents and their loved ones the opportunity to get to know one another. We also offer a wide range of activities every month including off-site excursions to local casinos, movies and restaurants.
Strong, Caring, Professional Relationships
We nurture strong relationship with area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and rehabilitation centers such as San Antonio Community Hospital, Montclair Hospital, Pomona Valley Hospital, Rancho Specialty Hospital, Chino Valley Hospital, Kaiser Fontana Hospital, Kindred Hospital, Upland Rehab, Casa Colima Rehabilitation and Plott Nursing and Heritage Park Rehabilitation. The communication and relationships we share with key staff members at these organizations help us provide a seamless continuum of care for our residents.
Brookdale North Euclid has been very selective when choosing who will make up this team to serve its residents. Only those with a passion for caring for seniors are accepted into this family. We are very proud of the longevity or our team. The management team is comprised of professionals that have tenures as long a 11 years serving this community.
Our Community Lifestyle
A Wonderful, Active Lifestyle
At Brookdale North Euclid, we value our residents’ opinions and we rely on their feedback to plan activities they enjoy. Each day is filled with smiles that stem from a calendar of enriching activities. Each and every day we encourage our residents to be a part of our activities that emphasize their social, physical, mental, spiritual, cultural and creative health.
Residents enjoy a variety of live entertainment and outdoor excursions, all with the security of knowing care is available if they need it. Brookdale North Euclid provides many life enrichment activities like walk and exercise every day and, for those who are unable to walk, we have chair exercise classes.
We love to play games, including bingo and WII Bowling where all of our residents can laugh and enjoy some fun. We also celebrate each holiday with a fun party where friends and family are encouraged to attend.
Partnering with the Local Neighborhood Community
Brookdale North Euclid is passionate about being active in the community of Ontario and its neighboring cities including Upland and Rancho Cucamonga. Our focus is to be a resource for the seniors in our region and sponsor events that nurture their spirit. A few times a month, we sponsor or co-sponsor a local community event and we sponsor the Senior Dance at the Ontario Senior Center every month.
By building a strong relationship with our community, we show our commitment in providing the best services for seniors as well as living up to our brand promise; “Our Family is Committed to Yours”.
Brookdale North Euclid provides three homemade meals every day. Each meal offers a salad, soup, entree and dessert. Meals are served on fine china in a restaurant-style atmosphere so that residents can enjoy conversation with the company at their table while enjoying a satisfying culinary affair.
