One Campus—Multiple Care Options
At Brookdale South Bay, you’ll have two levels of care in one place with assisted living and skilled nursing, so you can have peace of mind should you need skilled nursing care in the future. And did you know we’re a rental CCRC? That means you’ll pay a monthly rental fee, plus monthly fees based on the level of care and services you need.
If you need skilled nursing care while recovering from surgery, no problem. Need an extra hand with daily activities like medication management or dressing? We’ve got that, too. Having different levels of care on one campus means you probably won’t have to change communities again, even if your needs change over time. You will likely be able to stay on the same campus close to friends, enjoying the same lifestyle in the community you already love.
Assisted living provides a redefined independence through assistance and services like medication management and housekeeping. Your wellness is supported through collaborative care partnerships, and our staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
