By definition, a CCRC, or continuing care retirement community, is a senior living community that provides multiple levels of care at one community. This means you probably won’t have to change communities, even if you or your spouse need more care later. And we’re a rental CCRC. That means you’ll pay a monthly rental fee, plus monthly fees based on the level of care and services you need.
With our continuum of care options, you'll be prepared with the care you might need down the road, all in one location. From skilled nursing care or extra management of your activities of daily living, to Alzheimer's and dementia care for residents with early to early-moderate stages of dementia—we have services for a wide range of needs.
