ActivitiesMemory care shouldn’t mean giving up on living life to the fullest. That’s why our residents benefit from outdoor activities such as nature walks and gardening, as well as indoor fitness classes, crafting, coffee social group, and bingo. From creative pursuits to exploring hobbies both old and new, we provide a wide range of dementia-friendly ways to stay engaged and active. And because we know how meaningful social connections are, your loved one will be paired up with a social circle made up of other seniors with similar skills to create a feeling of fitting in.
DiningThree home-style meals are served daily in our dining area, and delicious snacks are available throughout the day. To help alleviate confusion or added stress, we keep mealtimes routine. Your family member will sit with familiar people at the same time and same table each day. And our care associates are trained to address dining challenges, such as difficulty swallowing or handling utensils. We also use prompts, dementia-friendly menus, adapted recipes and specialized table settings to help your loved one enjoy mealtime.
Our memory care program is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach. We offer the necessary resources and nurturing staff to care for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
