When residents move into our community, their world often opens up with new relationships and new activities. Through consistent care assignments, our care team provides personalized and meaningful experiences for your loved one to help ensure they feel well-known. Whether it’s our Clare Bridge program for mid to late stages of dementia or our Solace program for the advanced stages of dementia, we have purposeful programs with the compassionate care you and your family need. Here are some of the programs and services we offer:
Clare Bridge is our exclusive brand of dementia care created more than 30 years ago.
Clare Bridge Solace is designed to meet the special needs of residents in the advanced stages of dementia.
ActivitiesWalk through our community, and you’ll see our residents singing karaoke, tossing a beanbag around, dancing, baking, reminiscing about the old days, listening to music and playing cards. Your loved one can also enjoy getting creative with arts & crafts, pampering themselves with manicures, playing memory games or gathering for a movie. We have frequent ice cream socials and mix-and-mingles. Outings might be picnics or scenic drives. These activities are fun, and our residents enjoy them, but they’re part of a carefully designed care program to help your family member live their best life.
DiningThree flavorful, nutritious home-style meals and snacks are served daily in our dining area to keep up calorie counts. People living with dementia face a greater risk of poor nutrition and weight loss, so we use mealtime as an opportunity to offer healthy menu choices and encourage your family member to eat their freshly prepared meals as independently as possible. We also keep mealtimes very routine to help alleviate any confusion or added stress. All residents sit together at the same time and same table each day.
Our memory care program is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach. We offer the necessary resources and nurturing staff to care for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
