Memory loss doesn’t have to mean all is lost. If you and your family are looking for a memory care community, Brookdale Fort Collins can help. Our Alzheimer's and dementia care community, also known as Clare Bridge, is rooted in a person-centered approach. That means we help our residents find a sense of belonging and purpose while also helping them preserve who they are. We also have our Clare Bridge Crossings program which is designed for individuals in the early stages of Alzheimer’s or dementia. While not appropriate for all persons with dementia, this program is often a stepping stone between assisted living and our Clare Bridge program.
Where state-of-the-art care meets a passion for painting, residents stay engaged with a gentle daily structure of planned activities to help them maintain their abilities and encourage the use of their current skills. Brain games, dancing, cooking classes and music programs are just a few of the ways our residents enjoy their days. Along with our programming, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that trained staff is on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.
