Memory loss doesn’t have to mean all is lost. If you and your family are looking for memory care support, Brookdale Hamilton can help. Our Alzheimer's and dementia care community with our Clare Bridge program is rooted in a person-centered approach. That means we help our residents find a sense of belonging and purpose while also helping them preserve who they are.
Where state-of-the-art care meets a passion for painting, residents stay engaged with a gentle daily structure of planned activities to help them maintain their abilities and encourage the use of their current skills. Playing brain games, dancing, cooking classes and music programs are just a few of the ways our residents enjoy their days. Along with our programming, you’ll have peace of mind knowing there is trained staff on-site 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to be alerted to an emergency.
Memory Care at Brookdale Hamilton
Our memory care focuses on creating a personalized experience. That means we understand there is no one-size-fits-all approach to care. Techniques that work for one resident may not work for your family member, so we tailor care to the individual and help address their needs with consistent care assignments whenever possible. Whether it’s our Clare Bridge program for mid to late stages of dementia or our Solace program for the advanced stages of dementia, we have purposeful programs with the compassionate care you and your family need. Here are some of the programs and services we offer:
Clare Bridge is our exclusive brand of dementia care created more than 30 years ago.
Clare Bridge Solace is designed to meet the special needs of residents in the advanced stages of dementia.
ActivitiesEven with a structured routine, your loved one has a lot of choices. Art classes, bingo, gardening and card games, are just a few of the activities offered. Our residents also enjoy devotional services, mix and mingle events and themed movie nights. Music is an important part of life at Brookdale Hamilton with music performances and sing-a-longs, too. Your family member can also enjoy InTouch world travel adventures. InTouch at Brookdale brings the outside world in with an intuitively designed touch-screen computer.
DiningPeople living with dementia are at a greater risk for poor nutrition and weight loss. That’s why we use mealtime as an opportunity to offer healthy menu choices and create a sense of belonging. Your loved one will enjoy dementia-friendly menus with familiar and easy-to-manage selections, small dining rooms with consistent pre-selected seating and personal dining assistance as needed.
Our memory care program is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach. We offer the necessary resources and nurturing staff to care for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
