Memory Care at Brookdale North Glendale
Our memory care focuses on creating a personalized experience. That means there is no one-size-fits-all approach to care here. Techniques that work for one resident may not work for another, so we tailor care to each resident and help address their needs with consistent care assignments whenever possible. Whether it’s our Clare Bridge program for mid to late stages of dementia or our Solace program for the advanced stages of dementia, we have purposeful programs with the compassionate care you and your family need. Here are some of the programs and services we offer:
Clare Bridge is our exclusive brand of dementia care created more than 30 years ago.
Clare Bridge Solace is designed to meet the special needs of residents in the advanced stages of dementia.
ActivitiesAll of the activities on our events calendar are resident-driven, from birthday parties and book reviews to sing-alongs and sunset socials. Just because your family member has transitioned into a memory care community doesn’t mean they should press pause on life. They will enjoy taking scenic drives through the community, watching their favorite classic films, dining at local restaurants, and taking excursions to places like the Archibald Smith Plantation Home and Bulloch Hall.

DiningTo reduce the amount of confusion or stress in the lives of our seniors, we keep mealtimes very routine. Everyone sits down for meals at the same time and at the same table every day. Food is served on colorful plates and tablecloths to help your loved one more easily distinguish their food. They will also receive snacks between meals to make sure they are eating a healthy and well-balanced diet each day.
Our memory care program is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach. We offer the necessary resources and nurturing staff to care for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
