We treat each senior who comes to our memory care community at Brookdale Tempe with the respect and dignity they deserve. That’s because we’re more than just a place where seniors live. We’re a family made up of wise and wonderful men and women with unique stories and fascinating interests, skills and passions.
The seniors who call this place home live full and rich lives, complete with meaningful social interactions and opportunities to engage in activities that nourish the mind, body and spirit. Your loved one can participate in daily fitness classes, enjoy morning mental workouts, gather with others for creative exercises, and savor live music and movies in the evenings. Our care team is available on campus 24 hours a day, seven days a week to offer gentle guidance and reminders that make each senior feel known and treasured.
Memory Care at Brookdale Tempe
If you need memory care and support, we can help. Our Alzheimer’s and dementia care community is rooted in a person-centered approach. That means we help your family member find a sense of belonging and purpose while also helping them preserve who they are. One way we accomplish this is by supporting person-centered partnerships between your loved one and their care partners throughout all stages of the disease. Here are some of our programs:
Clare Bridge is our exclusive brand of dementia care created more than 30 years ago.
Clare Bridge Solace is designed to meet the special needs of residents in the advanced stages of dementia.
ActivitiesSilver Sneakers, sing-alongs, crafting and B-Fit fitness class are just a few of the activities our residents enjoy here. Maybe you’ll find them playing cards, getting coffee with a friend, relaxing in our enclosed outdoor courtyard or attending movie nights. We also have bowling, games like Name That Tune, devotional services and cooking classes. Each of these activities is part of a carefully designed care program to help our residents live their best life.

DiningOur dining program includes everything from dementia-friendly menus and nutritious, delicious meals to personalized dining assistance for those who need a little help during mealtimes. Residents in our community typically sit down to eat at the same time and in the same seat to avoid unnecessary stress and confusion and to promote as much independence as possible. We also support your loved one’s interest in food by enhancing the dining experience with music, beautiful centerpieces, warm and scented hand towels and fresh linens.
Our memory care program is deeply rooted in a person-centered approach. We offer the necessary resources and nurturing staff to care for those with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia.
