Sara's first day of work at Brookdale had her hooked. For her, it doesn’t feel like work at all. In fact, every time Sara goes into work at her community, she feels like she's a part of something bigger – something she never anticipated. When she first started her career in senior living, she couldn't fathom how much of an impact her work would have on the residents at her community. Now, as she spends her days with her “second family”, it is a huge part of why she'll never leave.
